We are a full service travel company specializing in corporate travel promotions and employee or member benefits offers, since 1989 we have provided quality travel packages to associations and corporations. Due to this large volume of travel booked under corporate premiums and incentives, we are able to maintain high-volume wholesale contracts with many suppliers, including large condo resort developers and large exchange organizations. This is how we pass these savings on to you.

Do I have to join anything or pay any fees to use CondoVacationClub.com?
The use of CondoVacationClub.com is made available to activated CondoVacationClub.com cardholders. There is an annual membership activation of $99.95 required to purchase resort condo accommodations at below wholesale.
How many vacations different destinations can I book per year?
You can book as many different vacations destinations as you like for yourself and a guest and since you will save up to 75% on each one we encourage you to travel as often as
possible.
Are CondoVacationClub.com card transferable?
Yes, prior to the annual membership activation. As an example you could purchase multiple cards for family and friends and give them as gifts throughout the year.
Do you also offer Cruises, Airfare, and Hotels?
CondoVacationClub.com is designed to, reserve, and confirm, luxury resort condo weeks at or below wholesale prices. This is the only function of CondoVacationClub.com. Our parent, ETTSI, is a full service Travel Agency and does offer travelers all the features and functions that they would expect.
What are your Terms and Conditions?
Most resort condominium associations have imposed an arrival date restriction to Friday, Saturday or Sunday. Stays of seven days of less must fall within the condominium association's definition of a week. A five-day stay at Saturday to Saturday condominium may run from Saturday to Thursday or Monday to Saturday, etc. Keep in mind that some airlines require a Saturday night stay. Resort condominium facilities vary by destination; some may be high-rise, low-rise, or town homes, etc. Your travel consultant will provide you with details about the property and facilities you have selected. Your travel consultant will inform you of the charges and conditions associated with additional occupancy including children. Most resort condominiums allow children to share a room with an adult at no extra charge if the existing bedding is used.
What is your Payment Policy?
You may select your condo week, place a hold on your destination, and then you may confirm your selection by payment online using a Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover. No charge is made until final travel confirmation is issued.
